Topeka’s main highways are I-70, I-470, and I-335, all passing directly through the city. Topeka Regional Airport sits in south Topeka, providing easy air travel for business people and vacationers alike. For local transit, Topeka residents trust the Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority for bus service from 6 am-6:30 pm on weekdays and 7 am-5 pm on Saturdays. Amtrak services are also readily available for train travel within Kansas and beyond.
